x=9%2F10-3%2F5
x=9%2F10-%283%2A2%29%2F%285%2A2%29
x=9%2F10-6%2F10
x=%289-6%29%2F10
x=3%2F10

in case you have this:%28x%2B3%29%2F5=9%2F10, you will have
%28x%2B3%29%2F5=9%2F10........cross multiply
10%28x%2B3%29=9%2A5
x%2B3=45%2F10
x%2B3=4.5
x=4.5-3
