You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Second quadrant, so angle is between 90 and 180 degrees. Make use of reference to Unit Circle based on cosine 15/17 and sine 8/17; the tangent function might be a good choice:

arctan%288%2F15%29 gives the simpler angle but what you really want would be
highlight_green%28180-arctan%288%2F15%29%29.

Not sure here about "exact value", but you have something about 180-28.07249=highlight%28151.93%2Adegrees%29.

The point (-15/17,8/17) on the unit circle U corresponds to an angle of t. Find the exact values of the trigonometric functions at t.
Be advised that ∠t is in the 2nd quadrant. Thus, the 6 trigonometric functions are:
1) highlight_green%28sin_t+=+8%2F17%29 2) highlight_green%28cos_t+=+%28-+15%29%2F17%29 3) highlight_green%28tan_t+=+8%2F%28-+15%29%29
4) highlight_green%28csc_t+=+17%2F8%29 5) highlight_green%28sec_t+=+17%2F%28-+15%29%29 6) highlight_green%28cot_t+=+%28-+15%29%2F8%29
