The domain is the largest set of real numbers that can be substituted
for x in f(x) without giving an undefined answer.

Since every real number can be substituted for x in 16x+11, the doman
is "all real numbers" which in interval notation is %28matrix%281%2C3%2C-infinity%2C%22%2C%22%2Cinfinity%29%29.
