You can put this solution on YOUR website! The x axis is east and west, east is positive.
The y axis is north and south, north is positive.
1-1/2 miles east,_____________+1.5x=+1.5x+0y
then a 3/4 mile south, _______-3/4y=+1.5x-3/4y
then a 1 mile west, ____________-1x=+0.5x-3/4y
then a 1/2 mile south, _______-1/2y=+0.5x-1.25y
then a 1 mile west, ___________-1x=-0.5x-1.25y
then a 1/2 mile south, ______-1/2y=0.0x-1.75y
then a 1 mile west, ____________-1x=-1.5x-1.75y
then a 3/4 mile north and_____+3/4y=-1.5x-1.0y
a 1/2 mile east_______________+1/2x=-1.0x-1.0y
-1.0x means 1 mile west, -1.0y means 1 mile south
(-1,-1) is from the origin.
