You can put this solution on YOUR website! The two clues that lead you to the answer are: "my digits add up to 4" and "greater than 30". Why? Because it rules out numbers beginning with 1 or 2 are out, any combination beginning with 1 or 2 would be less than 30.

Numbers beginning with 3 work, and if we look at the other clue "my digits add up to 4" you can see that 31 would be an option, but 5 is not a factor of 15.5.
