First worker cleans 1 suite/4hours = 1/4 suite/hour
2 2/3 hours=8/3hours (8/3 hours)(1/4 suite/hr)=8/12 suite
The first worker cleaned 2/3 of the suite in 2 2/3 hours, so the second worker cleaned 1/3 of the suite. (2.667 hours)/(1/3 suite)=8 hours/suite.
ANSWER: The second worker would take 8 hours to clean the suite.
