-980° equivalent angle is 100°
The angle is negative so you go clockwise from 0 where 0 is the X-axis. You go two times full circle clockwise from 0 and third time 260 clockwise from 0, you will get to 360-260=100° and
this puts the terminal side in the 2nd quadrant.
