You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Convert to common units.
4'=48"
6'=72"
So a 48x72 sigh has an area of,
A%5Bs%5D=48%2A72
A%5Bs%5D=3456
The 12x14 logo has an area of,
A%5Bl%5D=12%2A14
A%5Bl%5D=168
So the area of logo to sign is,
A%5Bl%5D%2FA%5Bs%5D=168%2F3456
A%5Bl%5D%2FA%5Bs%5D=0.04861
or as a percentage,
A%5Bl%5D%2FA%5Bs%5D=4.861
So,
A%5Bl%5D%2FA%5Bs%5D%3C5
