Question 952318: A triangle has a side length of 3 inches and an area of 22 square inches. A similar triangle has a corresponding side length of 6 inches. Find the area of the larger triangle. With a ratio 3/22 6/x I get 44, but the answer is eighty eight in squared. I know that area = 1/2 bh I don't know how they got that answer
