Graph y = (3/2)x + 3 as a dashed line.
Shade the half-plane BELOW the line because
you want "y" to LESS than (3/2)x+3
---------------------------------------------
2x+y<10
Solve for "y":
y < -2x+10
Graph y = -2x+10 as a dashed line.
Shade the half-plane BELOW the line
because you want "y" to be LESS than -2x+10
-----
y>-1
Graph y = -1 as a dashed line.
Shade the half-plane ABOVE the line because
you want "y" to be GREATER than -1.
