You can put this solution on YOUR website! Is [dm] a deci-meter?
I'm guessing yes -it is measuring
in units of 1/10 of a meter
--------------------------
[cm] is a unit measurement of
1/100 of a meter
------------------
I have to make a conversion to get
everything in the same units of
measurement - {cm]
------------------
My conversion is:
[1 dm = 10 cm ]
-----------------
This is more obvious if I say it this way:
[ 1/10 m = 10*( 1/100 ) m ]
--------------------------
Now I can say:
[ 4.2 dm = 42 cm ]
[8 dm = 80 cm ]
[ 6.4 dm = 64 cm ]
--------------------
The volume of the box is: sm3
and
--------------------------
Note that this has to be a pure number
because you have [ cm3 / cm3 ]
-----------------------------
You can fit 26,880 of the sugar cubes
in the box
