Take the square root of the area to get the length of each side.

sqrt%28x%5E2-10x%2B25%29+=+sqrt%28%28x-5%29%5E2%29+=+x-5 (where x+%3E=+5)

Each side is x-5 units long.

Multiply that expression by 4 to get the perimeter 4%28x-5%29=highlight%284x-20%29
