You can put this solution on YOUR website! Okay so your formula is going to be:
{0.35*(Final)+0.65*(Current Grade)}*100=(final grade percent)
Which by my calculations you will need to score at least an 80% on your final.
For the future, the way you come up with a similar formula you need to take the decimal weight for each of the class grades and multiple by your decimal weight for each grade. So if your teacher sets the final to weigh 35%, 2 tests to weigh 20% a piece and your homework weighs 15% of your final grade. You then could create this formula to figure out how to calculate your grade average.
[0.35*(Decimal of Final)+0.2*(Decimal of First Test)+0.2*(Decimal of Second Test) +0.15*(decimal of homework)]*100=(Final Grade Percent)
This is the way I always calculate my grade. It's not fool proof, because every instructor can grade on a curve and each has their own way of grading. Overall though its pretty accurate.
Good luck!
