You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Multiply all terms by 3,
-9%3C=3-5x%3C=9%2F8
Add (-3) to all terms,
-12%3C=-5x%3C=9%2F8-24%2F8
-12%3C=-5x%3C=-15%2F8
Divide all terms by (-5) and change direction of inequality,
12%2F5%3E=x%3E=3%2F8
