48000/year(1 yr/12 mos)=$4000/month Her monthly commission was $4000.
Her rate was 60% of 6% or (0.60)(0.06)=0.036(100 %)=3.6 %
So her commission was 3.6% of sales volume:
$4000/month=(0.036)(Sales volume) Divide each side by 0.036
$111111.11/month=Sales Volume ANSWER: Her monthly average sales volume is $111111.11.
