Question 950099: Given a polynomial f(x) and a factor f(x), factor f(x) completely.
My polynomial is f(x)=x^+2x^2-51x+108.
My factor is f(x)=x-6.
I do not know how to do any of this type of this problem so I really need your help as soon as possible.

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
You can factor the polynomial,
x%5E3%2B2x%5E2-51x%2B108=%28x-3%29%28x-4%29%28x%2B9%29
Now I'm not sure what you want done with x-6?
Please repost if you need to.
