You can put this solution on YOUR website!
x=one number; x-2= second number
2(x)=3(x-2)-4
2x=3x-6-4 Add 10 to each side.
2x+10=3x Subtract 2x from each side.
x=10 ANSWER: The number is 10
CHECK
x-2=second number=8
2(10)=3(8)-4
20=20
