The distance in x from E to F is 7.
So 7%2F6 from E is 4%2B7%2F6=24%2F6%2B7%2F6=31%2F6
The distance in y from E to F is -4.
So -4%2F6=-2%2F3 from E is 8-2%2F3=24%2F3-2%2F3=22%2F3
So then
R=(31%2F6,22%2F3)
