Assuming you are not paid for the last 30 min, you are paid for those 5 hours only.

(33 dollars)/(5 hours) = 33/5 = 6.60

You make $6.60 an hour. Again, this is NOT including the last 30 min you worked since you're paid by the hour (not every half-hour).
