Depends on what percentage that test is as part of the entire grade.
Assume it's X percent.
Then,
G=84%281-X%29%2B75%2AX
So if it's 10% of your grade,
G=84%281-10%2F100%29%2B75%2810%2F100%29
G=75.6%2B7.5
G=83.1
