37173%2F25 = > any number that ends with 0 or 5 and is equal or greater then 25,is divisible by 5 and will be also divisible by 25
since 37173 does not ends with 0 or 5, we can subtract 23, which is going to be our reminder, and get 37150 which ends with 0; therefore, it is divisible by 5 and also divisible by 25
37150%2F25=1486 now we just add reminder 23
so, your answer is b. 1486r23
