6(p-3)/9p (divided by ) 3(p -3) /p(p+2)
2(p-3)/ 3p (multiplied by ) p(p+2)/3(p-3) take inverse of 3(p-3) /p(p+2)
(p-3) gets cancelled
p gets cancelled
now we have 2(p+2)/9
(2p+4)/9 is the solution.
