You can put this solution on YOUR website! multiply 2x^2 - x - 3/3x^2 + 7x + 4 . 3x^2 - 11x - 20/4x^2 - 9

 Factorize :
 2x^2 - x - 3
 2x^2 +2x -3x - 3
 2x(x + 1) -3(x + 1)
 ( 2x - 3) ( x+ 1) are the factors
 ________________
 3x^2 + 7x + 4
 3x^2 + 3x +4x + 4
 3x(x+1) +4(x+1)
 (3x+4)(x+1) are the factors
 __________
 3x^2 - 11x - 20
 3x^2 -15x + 4x -20
 3x( x - 5) + 4 (x- 5)
 ( 3x +4) ( x-5) are the factors
 ______________
 4x^2 -9
 (2x)^2-(3)^2
 (2x+3)(2x-3) are the factors
 ___________
 now we have,
 (2x-3) (x + 1)/(3x+4)(x+1) *(3x+4)(x-5)/(2x-3)(2x+3)

 (2x-3) gets cancelled
 (3x+4) gets cancelled
 (x+1) gets cancelled
 now we have,
 (x-5)/(2x + 3)
 Hence the solution is (x-5)/(2x + 3)
