You can put this solution on YOUR website!
In a class of 115 students only 12 got an A .
The number of students who did not get an A are 103.
Percent of the class who did not get an A is 103/115*100=89.57%

------
# who did NOT get an A = 115-12 = 103

Of 115 students got an A, so (115-12)=103 did not get an A
112 is (112/115)(100%)= 97.4% of the class.
ANSWER If 12 of 115 students got an A, 97.4% did not get an A.
Reduce to lowest terms really makes no sense when speaking of a percentage, but the terms of 112/115 are co-prime, already in simplest terms.
