You can put this solution on YOUR website!
abs%285b%2B9%29%2B16=2

abs%285b%2B9%29=-14 Subtract 16 from both sides

Since it is not possible to take the absolute value of a number and get a negative result (i.e. abs%28x%29 will always be greater than zero), so there are no solutions

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
|5b+9|+16=2
|5b+9| = -14
This is a contradiction; absolute values are never negative.
These is no solution for your problem.
