You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Find the real and complex solutions to the equation x^3 + 1 = 0.
This is the "sum of cubes" form. It factors as follows:
(x+1)(x^2-x+1)=0
So, x= -1 or x^2-x+1=0
If x^2-x+1 = 0
x = [1+-sqrt(1-4)]/2
x = [1+isqrt(3)]/2 or x= [ 1-isqrt(3)]/2
