I'm assuming that the diameter of the semi-circle is the length of the rectangle.
The rectangular portion of the prism would have surface area of,
A%5Br%5D=2%2A20%2A5%2B2%2A3%2A5%2B20%2A3=200%2B30%2B60=290
The semi-cylindrical portion of the prism would have a surface area of,
A%5Bc%5D=2%2A%28%28pi%2810%5E2%29%29%2F2%29%2B%282pi%2A10%2A3%29%2F2=100pi%2B30pi=130pi
So then the total area is,
A=290%2B130pi
