32-y<=6(y-4)
32-y%3C=6%28y-4%29

32-y%3C=6y-24
6y-24%3E=32-y------ not know what you call this for inequalities but like Symmetric Property of Equality
7y-24%3E=32
7y%3E=32%2B24
7y%3E=56
