The problem:

On a triangle the base is equal to 60 cm. Height and medial on the base are 12 cm and 13 cm. Find the triangle's side legs.

Draw the picture.
base = 60 cm
Draw the height as a perpendicular from the top vertex to the base thus
forming 2 right triangles.

Question: I'm not sure what you mean by "medial on the base... 13m".
