4-x-10y+=+11 First, solve this for y.
10y+=+-x-7 Divide both sides by 10.
y+=+-%28x%2F10+-+7%2F10%29 or
y+=+-%28x%2F10%2B7%2F10%29 Now, to write this as a function of x in function form, just replace the y with f(x)
