Subtract +7+ from both sides
+21y+%2B+7+-+7+=+10+-+7+
+21y+=+3+
Divide both sides by +21+
+%28+21%2F21%29%2Ay+=+3%2F21+
+y+=+3%2F21+
Divide top and bottom of the right side by +3+
+y+=+1%2F7+
