Question 941340: In need of assistance please. I am unsure if the following problem is able to be factored. 2a^2+1+3a. One of the solvers indicated to simplify by moving the 1 to the far right. I am confused. I tried using the AC Method and am unable to get past the second step where you group. Can someone provide detailed instructions so I may be able to review further. Please HELP! Thank you.

I just took a guess, and this appears to be right

Combine the like terms:
