This one should not be hard for you to draw the 4x4 grid. Here are the steps:

Draw a 4x4 grid.
Label columns with Bike, Bus, Roller Blade, Walking, and rows with Alex, Jean, Pat, Tommie.
Mark an "X" in each cell that is inadmissible (e.g. the first sentence means you mark an X on (Alex, Roller blade) and (Jean, Roller blade)
Once you're done, find an admissible means of transportation for them (keep in mind they are all different).

Hint: Jean must walk since the other three options are eliminated.
