You can put this solution on YOUR website!
x, how much volume to remove

15%2A65%2F%2815-x%29=75

The amount of antifreeze pure material does not change but the total 'mixture' volume does change, loosing water and increasing antifreeze concentration.

How much water must be evaporated from 15 qt of a 65% antifreeze solution to produce a 75% solution?
***
let x=amount of water must be evaporated
65%15=75%(15-x)
9.75=11.25-.75x
.75x=1.5
x=2
amount of water must be evaporated=2 qts
