x=-4y-2

So when y=0
x=-2%281%2B2%280%29%29=-2%281%29=-2
When y=2
x=-2%281%2B2%282%29%29=-2%281%2B4%29=-2%285%29=-10
And when y=4
x=-2%281%2B2%284%29%29=-2%281%2B8%29=-2%289%29=-18
