(A) Find f(-2) to the nearest integer.
(B) Find all values of x, to the nearest integer, so that f(x) = -4.

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Read the points directly from the graph.

(A) You can find x=-2 on the x-axis. What is the function value at that x value?

(B) You can find y=-4 on the y-axis. What are the x values which give or show this value for y, on the graph?

The x-axis is the horizontal number line.
The y-axis is the vertical number line.
The function values correspond to the distance above or below the x axis for each value of x. f(x) means the value of the function or the y value, corresponding to the value of x.

The comments about (A) and (B) shown earlier are exactly what to do in order to answer the corresponding questions. This just cannot be made any simpler. I could directly tell you the answers to both, but the answers mean nothing if you do not understand ordered pairs and the idea of a function and its input.

Here is just an example, so you can follow it and compare to your questions.
For which values of x does f(x)=3?
ANSWER: At x=-1 and x=-5.
