12 men and 18 Women can do a piece of work in 14 days
1 man & 1 woman can do the same work in = 14*12*18 days
8 men and 12 women can do the same piece of work in = %2814%2A12%2A18%29%2F%288%2A12%29
=7%2A9%2F2
= 63%2F2
=31.5 days
Result : 8 men and 12 women can do the same piece of work in 31.5 days

12 m+ 18 w = 14 days
So ie( 12 m+ 18 w)14 = 1
12 m + 18 w = 1/14---- eqn1
Muliply eqn1 by 2/3
12×2/3 m + 18×2/3w =1/14×2/3
6m+12w = 21
So 21 days is the answer
