==>2x/3 - 7/3 =4
==> 2x/3 -7/3 +7/3 = 4 +7/3
==> 2x/3 = (12+7)/3 ( here 3 is the LCD)
==> 2x/3 = 19/3
==> 2x /3*3 = 19/3*3
==> 2x = 19
==> 2x/2 = 19/ 2
==> x = 19/2
==> x = 9.5
