You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Because +sqrt%28%28x%2B1%29%5E2%29+=+abs%28x%2B1%29 (assuming x is any real number), this means that

Domain: Set of all real numbers

Range: Set of real numbers y such that y+%3E=+0
