log%282%2C+4%29%2Blog%282%2C+x%29=6

log%282%2C+4x%29=6...in base 10
log%284x%29%2Flog%282%29=6
log%284x%29=6log%282%29
log%284x%29=log%282%5E6%29 ...if log same, then
4x=2%5E6
4x=64
x=64%2F4
x=16

Solve the logarithmic equation: log2 4+log2 x=6
I got x=2, is this correct?
log2 4 + log2 x = 6

log2 4x = 6

4x = 26

4x = 64

x+=+64%2F4, or highlight_green%2816%29

OR

log2 4 + log2 x = 6

log2 22 + log2 x = 6

2 + log2 x = 6

log2 x = 6 - 2

log2 x = 4

x = 24
