Mid point calculation rarely are the solution of intersecting lines.
4x-6y=-6 or -6y=-4x-6 or y=-4x/-6-6/-6 or y=-2x/3+1 (red line)
10x+7y=-4 or 7y=-10x-4 or y=-10x/7-4/7 (green line)
