Presuming the two vertices that have equal angles are U and W (because that's the only way this problem is solvable with the information given), if XUV is 84 degrees, then VWX must also be 84 degrees. Angle WVX must be formed by two sides of the kite and segment VX. Since WXV is a triangle and the sum of the interior angles of any triangle is 180 degrees, the measure of angle VXW is easily calculated by adding the measures of XWV and WVX and then subtracting the sum from 180.
