Where would you round 7&7/8 to the nearest half?
It is between 7&1/2 and 8; but it is nearer to 8.
Round to 8.
Where would you round 7&5/8 to nearest half?
It's between 7&1/2 and 8, but is closer to 7&1/2 so you round
to 7&1/2.
