72= 2(l+w)
l+w=36
l*w=228
l=228/w
l+w=36
228/w+ w=36
multiply by w
228+w^2=36w
w^2-36w+228=0
w^2-36w+324 = 324-228
(x-18)^2= 96
x-18=+/-6
x=18+6=24
x=18-6 =12
The dimensions are 12 & 24
