You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Five divided by the sum of a number and 3, minus the quotient of 3 and the difference of the number and 3 is equal to 6 times the reciprocal of the difference of the number squared and 9. what is the number?
--------------------
5/(x+3)-(3/(x-3) = 6(1/(x^2-9)
--------
Multiply thru by x^2-9 to get:
5(x-3) - 3(x+3) = 6
5x-15-3x-9 = 6
2x - 24 = 6
2x = 30
x = 15
------
