How many years will it take an initial investment of $1,000 to grow to $1,700 at the rate of 4.42% compounded continously?

1700 = 1000e^(0.0442t)
1.7 = e^(0.0442t)
Take the natural log of both sides to get:
ln(1.7) = 0.0442t
t = 12.005 years
