It states that "given that the person is a woman". So we are 100% certain that this person selected is a woman.
We can cross out the other rows and just focus on the "women" row.
There are 563 women total. Of these women, 385 are nonsmokers
Divide: (# nonsmoking women)/(# total women) = 385/563 = 0.6838 which rounds to 0.684
The final answer is 0.684
