what You are missing is Step sqrt%2813%5E2+-+9%5E2%29+=+sqrt%2888%29+=+2sqrt%2822%29
.......
θ is in Quadrant II
..........
cos θ = -2√22 / 13
tan θ = sin/cos = - 9 / 2√22
etc...
