-2X+3Y=-15 NOW MULTIPLY THE SECOND EQUATION BY 2 & ADD
2X-4Y=22
----------------------------
-Y=7
Y=7/-1
Y=-7 ANSWER.
-2X+3*-7=-15
-2X-21=-15
-2X=-15+21
-2X=6
X=6/-2
X=-3 ANSWER.
PROOF
(2*-3)-(4*-7)=22
-6+28=22
22=22
