Question 93009: Hello out there,I need help with only one problem that gives me different answers,Describe how the graph of y=(x-6)^2+5 changes from the parent graph of y=x^2,and for the answers I got is,either shifts left 6 and up 5,shifts right 6 and up 5,or shifts left 6 and down 5,this problems is making me confused, thanks to anyone who can help.

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
The basic form is: y = a(x - h) + k
Where the vertex is (h,k)
Parent Graph: y = 1(x - 0)^2 + 0
Vertex(0,0)
Altered Graph: y = 1(x - 6)^2 + 5
V(6,5)
Changed 6 positive units for x and 5 positive units for y....
Shifts right 6 units and up 5 units.
